With a surface of 32 m² to 34 m² even our “small residences” of the “Feldsee” type offer everything you need for comfortable holidays. The balcony is accessible from the living room. The cosy bedroom is equipped with a bed measuring 1,2 x 2 m. Furthermore, your residence is equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a big shower, a washing table, and a toilet.

The design of all our residences makes you feel really comfortable; even during a longer stay, and enables you to spend your holidays just as you like. Therefore, all our residences are equipped with separate bedrooms which each dispose of a TV, radio, and a CD player.
