Do you prefer a more spacious bedroom? Or a more spacious living room? And a balcony facing west or south?

On the garden floor, these residences for two with a surface between 44 m² and 46 m² are available on the ground floor and with a balcony facing west. Meanwhile, on the 1^st and the 2^nd floor as well as on the top floor, the balconies are facing south or southeast. The two lower residences even dispose of two separate balconies, one for the living room, and one for the bedroom. On the lower floors, the bedroom is more spacious, while on the upper floors, the living room is more spacious. All residences dispose of a separate kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
